About this space

Experience a fun & unique escape just 30 minutes from NYC by car or 40 minutes by NJ Transit Express 107 bus, 10 minutes from Newark Airport, Prudential Center, Rutgers & Seton Hall Universities, & 15 minutes from MetLife Stadium. RV sleeps 5, has a bedroom with a short King mattress, a kitchen with an oven, gas ranges, and refrigerator, a private bathroom with a shower, & private outdoor space. There’s an outdoor projector & screen, speakers, a charcoal & gas grill, and a new private hot tub!

Please park directly in front of the RV at a slant. Do not park in any of the six residential only parking spaces. This is a brand new and permanently stationary 2024 camper that is discretely and conveniently parked in the backyard of a house on a double lot. The camper has windows, curtains, and shades for comfort and privacy. The space is designed for entertainment. There are TVs inside and an outdoor projector and screen which connects to bluetooth to watch a movie or a big game as a small group. There’s also a brand new private hot tub/jacuzzi available year round during your stay.

The private space includes the stationary RV and the immediate space in front of it which is closed off. The space is secure. You have your own parking directly in front of the RV. Please park at an angle and do not park in any of the six residential parking spaces. Access to the other side of the RV (the backyard of the house) is not included but can be made available upon request. There are two electric bikes you can use during your stay with locks and helmets included as well!

Cell phones with full unlimited service and data available. Private transportation, event planning, and catering also available upon request (for a fee). EV charging is also available upon request for a small fee. Private hot tub use and the use of the two electric bicycles is included with your stay!
