Stone loft with cruise vaults in the heart of the ancient village of Molfetta.

Full kitchen and equipped with all the greatest comforts ( induction stove, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, 4-seater dining table with 4 chairs, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.).

2 door closet, 32 "plasma smart TV, 3-seater sofa bed (with the option to add up to 2 extra beds), 2 windows with sea life, reading lamps.

Guest access

The entire apartment is available to guests, including the roof of the building, with panoramic view and solarium but shared with the other inhabitants of the property, therefore, it requires simple civic sense and spirit of sharing in the use of space. The apartment is located in a limited and pedestrian historical area. You need to take stairs inside the property. Historic dwelling overlooking the sea. Located less than 100 meters from beach in sand and free bathing rock.
