Set above the clouds where the air is clean and the views stretch for miles, this spacious open-plan cabin has everything you need. Bright and airy with large windows on the upper level overlooking the mountains, you will have the chance to sit back and relax, far detached from the fast-paced life in the metropolitan cities below.

"Where do I begin! Martin was amazing from start to finish. He sent me recommendations for just about everything around the area weeks before I arrived. He provided very detailed check in instructions and was extremely reachable. The cabin looks EXACT𝘓Y like the pictures. We enjoyed the board games provided for some family time, drank our morning coffee with the AMAZING views of the mountains, and just simply enjoyed the peace and quiet. > Fully equipped kitchen with: blender, rice cooker, toaster, drip coffee machine, french press, coffee grinder, new pots/pans, etc.

> Gas BBQ (Summer months only, bring propane)

DRAGONFLY NEST (secret loft):
> The meditation/yoga loft with views at the top of the cabin
> AC (yep, one of the only cabins with AC!!)

OUTSIDE/NEARBY:
> Many hiking trails and places to explore from the cabin doorstep. One of our favorite hikes starts just at the end of our street. There is even a community sharing system of hiking sticks and poles at the trailhead. Just return the hiking stick after you return to pavement.
> Walk to the lake for fun in the sun

Access to the entire cabin, other than the locked supply closets for the cleaning crew and a few locked cabinets for our personal items.

> All wheel drive and snow chains are a MUST in the winter. We will have the driveway plowed before you arrive but it is still icy and slippery. Feel free to sprinkle the provided snow melt salt on the path to help but please use extreme caution.
> Bring firewood for the fireplace and propane for the BBQ or Firepit (available in summer months)
> If bringing a pet it must be a dog. All bookings where guests would like to bring a dog must be approved prior to booking. Only two dogs are permitted per booking and additional fees apply.
> Must be 21 to reserve
> Immediate household members only
> Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am
> To vacation with a second family, book the Rustic Modern Perch, located next door!
> Two-hour late check outs or early check ins may be available for $50, but it is dependent upon the cleaner's schedule and other reservations.
