Newly refreshed and renovated by myself and my family. Nestled right between Pigeon Forge (15 mins) and Gatlinburg (17-20 mins). A perfect base for all your Smoky Mountain activities. This cabin has everything a couple could want in a cabin experience.

The Cabin is centrally located between Pigeon Forge (15 minutes) and Gatlinburg (17-20 minutes). A great home base for all the activities of the Smoky Mountains.

Access is through a keypad lock. Press the "Schlage button" The pad will turn blue. Enter the code provided. Turn the deadbolt. To lock, press the schlage button and turn the deadbolt.

A private lane does go up to the cabin and is steep. My Mustang (2wd) makes it up just fine but it can be scary for some guests especially the first time. 4 wd is not required unless wintry conditions. Wintry road conditions will make traversing the roads difficult.

In remodeling the cabin it's clear bears and other mountain animals, insects and vermin are present. While we do have a pest control company that does regular maintenance, please remember this is a cabin the mountains and understand this is part of the nature of staying in a cabin in the mountains. Wifi should be good enough to run streaming television but does vary in speed during time of day and traffic in the area. There are no refunds for weather-related issues.

The cleaners provide 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom and 2 trash bags which is meant to be a starter kit. If this is not enough for you make sure to bring more of these essentials for your stay.

Trailers are not advised. Nor are motorcycles. Seek host approval prior to booking if you plan to travel with these vehicles.
