Recharge, watch the waves, enjoy an uncrowded private beach. Located on the 6th floor in the Palms bldg. in Gulf Shores Plantation with indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, tennis court, gym, outdoor grills, restaurant. This condo has an amazing view all day and night! It's in the ocean-facing Palms building within the Gulf Shores Plantation Resort, 12 miles from Gulf Shores, 1/2 way down the Fort Morgan peninsula.

There is a one-time $35 parking fee that you will be responsible for.

Get ready for convenience and comfort. Our kitchen is fully stocked and has a large pantry closet for your groceries. The dining table seats six, plus there are two bar stools at the counter. The patio is huge and looks down on the courtyard and out to the ocean. Bar height polywood chairs will have you spending most of your time on the patio, enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of wine, watching the sunrise and the sunset.

This condo will accommodate 6 people and still feels roomy. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ocean view! Walk right out to the patio through the sliding door. Large dresser so you don't have to live out of your suitcase. Black out curtains are on the patio door, if you want to sleep in. The ensuite bathroom has a large closet and linen closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, closet, and black out curtains. A pocket door gives access to the 2nd bathroom from the bedroom, and there's also a door to the bathroom leading to the main area, perfect for when others are asleep. The couch folds out for a comfortable night sleep for 2 more on a memory foam mattress.

TV's in the living and each bedroom, giving you access to cable & live TV, free movies, and streaming channels. But please note it is public wi-fi. Bring a hotspot if you have a lot of devices and for reliable streaming. There's a stacked washer and dryer for that quick load of wash.

In 2025, March - October, this rental comes with 2 pre-paid padded beach loungers & an umbrella, via Suncoast Beach Service. We also have a beach cart and high quality beach chairs you can take down to the beach.

We prefer the main guest to be 25 or older. Those 18-24 are welcome to book but they must have positive reviews from other hosts. No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.

The Gulf Shores Plantation amenities can't be beat: you can enjoy an indoor salt-water pool, outdoor pools, including a gated kiddie pool, tennis court, putting green, volleyball court, multiple BBQ grill areas, picnic tables, and picturesque boardwalks to the white-sand beaches.

Golf at the #1 golf course in Alabama, Kiva Dunes, right next door.

On the beach you can parasail, jet ski, go tubing, kayaking, fish, and more. Nearby you can enjoy wildlife preserves, biking & hiking trails, zip lines, go-kart and mini golf places, historic Ft. Morgan, OWA amusement park, shopping, and much more.

The sunsets will change your life. Just down the road you'll find everything from live entertainment, to casual or fine dining looking out at the Gulf of Mexico. You can also make your own home-cooked meal in the kitchen after picking up what you need from the nearby market.

Parking is $35 per vehicle for the duration of your stay and you'll need to pay separately. It’s super easy via Square. I'll send you a link so it can be done on your phone and ready to show the guard.

Pools available for your use include the outdoor pools in front of our building and the hot tub. Besides our outdoor hot tub (gentle, not powerful jets), there is hot tub in the Dunes building (to the left of our Palms building). You can also use the work out room there.

The indoor salt-water pool is called the Dunes pool and is in the stand-alone building in the parking lot.

You can use the tennis courts in front of our building, and a small putting green area. Just ask the guards to borrow equipment. They will ask for car keys or license to hold onto until you return what you borrow.

If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless the state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations for that area.
