You will feel comfortable in my Manhattan home which is LARGE by New York City standards.

If your travel dates are unavailable or need more space, please message me for an additional apartment upstairs.

My neighborhood Washington Heights borders HARLEM USA.
For baseball fans, I’m walking distance to Yankee Stadium.

The space

Rooms are COZY, have high ceilings, with exquisite townhouse charm.

A blow up king size mattress or a twin bed can be provided upon request.

Sheets are comfy, and pillows are abundant!!! You will absolutely feel at home and live like a native New Yorker here. The bedrooms are white and styled like a Malibu California beach house.

My kitchen is a new full Chef's kitchen; also very large for New York City Standards.

My patio is a newly renovated BEAUTIFUL garden oasis. My patio furniture is recently purchased!! I love having coffee in the morning outside or a glass of wine late at night. Sometimes I take my laptop outside to get work done or simply relax in quiet. The outside space is as large as the inside...it’s a dream.

Guest access

At the top of your block, you’ll be pleased to find access to the A and C trains, and just a few blocks further you’ll find the 1 train.

20 minutes Subway to Central Park

15 minute uber to Central Park

20 minutes Uber to Times Square

20 minute Uber to the MET

45 minute Subway to World Trade Center

The M4 is an express buss that runs along the upper west side. It only costs $2.75.

There is also free street parking that is first come first serve and a private parking garage on the next block.

The Cloisters, of the Metropolitan Museum of Art are a short walk away, where you can view the best art in all the world.

For baseball and concert lovers, my place is a quick walk to Yankees stadium. Follow the crowds to the game!!!!

On Riverside Ave, also 2 blocks away there are never ending stunning river views that dazzle like a movie set. Some enjoy a picnic or book here.
