Be sure to explore Seal Rock, the ultimate spot to watch local seals and sea lions gather!

Guest has access to entire condo and a reserved parking spot in the underground garage. The entrance to the condo is via the elevator to the 4th floor (stairs also are available).

- We supply beach towels but not equipment or toys.
- Ocean breezes are the natural AC! Home does not have a central AC. We do provide fans and one standing AC unit.
- Our occupancy includes an additional one beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens are provided, as is a pak-n-play for babies.
-There is a compact washer and dryer in the condo for very small loads. For typical-sized loads, there is a coin operated full size washer and dryer under the building.
- This home is located in a neighborhood with a strict noise ordinance policy and therefore is only suitable for quieter groups. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting this home, otherwise, if violations occur you may be subject to a fine that can reach up to $10,000.

- No smoking inside this condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the property. Subject to a $300 fine.
- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
