Property is designed as if we are on permanent vacation. Enjoy privacy in your own home away from home paradise. Located 10 mins from beaches🌊. 40mins from downtown San Diego. In the evening pull up a chair at the Tiki bar & enjoy the lights & sights! Easy access to freeway, shopping, wedding venues, breweries, and local dining. With a central location, it's a breeze to visit Los Angeles or Mexico. Embrace the Aloha Vibes—everyone is welcome! 😘

🌴 Your Own Private Tropical Oasis Why stay somewhere boring? Enjoy indoor and outdoor spaces while being close to the coast at a fraction of the price.

🎍 Gated Entrance into lush tropical Courtyard

🛏️ Furnished with a comfortable Full/double size soft memory foam mattress with pillows, sheets, and blankets. (extra sets provided) and decorated with tropical tiki-inspired decor along with vintage Danish modern furniture.

🛀🏽Bathroom- Private Full-Size with shower/tub - fresh towels (extra sets), shampoo/conditioner, blow dryer, soap & lotion. 🧴🧼🧻

☕ Kitchen- You will find a Refrigerator, microwave, silverware, crockpot, hotplate, and a “coffee station” with Keurig Coffee pods, creamer & sugar.

📺 There is a large flat-screen 55” TV with Samsung plus channels, Netflix & PS4, plus a workstation/dining area.

🏖️ Beach Supplies- Towels, Chairs, Umbrellas, Sunshade House, & sand toys provided.

🍴 In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important things like: pots, pans, plates, cups, cooking utensils, salt, pepper, iron, iron board, umbrellas, and select condiments. 🧂🍽️🥤🌂

🌺 Tropical multiple level garden. Meandering natural paths and wooden stairways take you to private areas to relax. Complete with multiple decks and tiki bar.

🌴 Forgot your Hawaiian shirt/dress at home? Select Vintage Hawaiian wear provided. Wear it to my Tiki Bar and – Tag it, post it, share it, love it!

📘🎲🎮 Feel like spending a few hours inside? There are board games, PS4, and books to pass the time.

👮🏼 In an effort to maintain a secure premises, there are two exterior cameras at the main driveway entry. The cameras are ONLY on the exterior, and there are no cameras on the inside. 👮🏼

🧹 After each stay, the unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

You'll have access to the entire unit, gated courtyard entrance, backyard ......and a Tiki Bar…feel free to explore.

⭐️Outdoor Spaces are shared with host/host family.
⭐️ Front and Side gates are private/ locked.
⭐️ Property is only shared with yourself(s) and my family. There are no other rental units.

🚗 Please be courteous to neighbors and park in front of the house along the curb whenever possible.

We have small dogs, but they have no access to the yard area which guests have access to. We also rescue Cats so you might see eyes watching you from our doors/windows as you go. All animals are on flea medication.
