Welcome to Arrowhead Cottage For 2! Our Studio is located in the beautiful San Bernardino Mountains, in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Whether you are looking for a romantic getaway or maybe just some R&R, we hope that you find it here!

Our goal is to make you feel 100% on vacation. We value cleanliness, comfort, warmth and safety. We want you to feel right at home, so kick off your shoes, relax and stay a while!

The space

*Please note that we have a strict age limit of 25 or older, along with a no kids and no pet policy.

This 660 sq foot studio will give you the WOW factor upon entering. There is beautiful wood work through the cottage that gives the perfect mountain feel. We offer a King bed with a purple mattress. There is a large kitchen area with a dinning table. Coffee and cream is provided (we generally use a dark roast), and please let us know if you prefer Red or White wine (hint this is a question we ask and know if you read the rules). We provide a bundle of wood for the fireplace, and even a helpful hint on how to get it started. After the complimentary bundle is gone, you can purchase another bundle from us for $15. During high fire seasons, wood will NOT be provided and the fireplace will be closed. Outside on the deck you’ll enjoy the 2 person jacuzzi! We also provide towels for the spa.

Guest access

You have access to the entire cottage. There is parking right out front of the cottage stairs. The entrance to the cottage is through the slider. A key will be given in person upon your check in. The front yard of the cottage is yours to use.

Please read through all rules and details before booking as we have specific questions we ask you to give upon booking.

Prices may change daily and especially on Holidays.

We do not allow children and are very strict on this policy.

No pets of any kind allowed in the home.

No guests without permission. The space is permitted for 2 people only. If at anytime you have more than 2 people without permission you will be asked to leave without a refund.

Before we approve your stay, please send us a detailed summary about your self and why you chose Lake Arrowhead. If you do not include a blurb about your self we will ask anyway and it may delay your acceptance of reservation. We ask that you read through all the details of the cottage before booking. We have a strict 25 and older policy.

Please take note that we are on a SEPTIC system and it needs tender loving care. We ask politely that you please respect the rules of the what goes down the pipes :).

We have a DVD player and a library of DVD's to choose from. Feel free to bring your own too.

There is a BBQ and full kitchen. Cooking your meals at the house is not a problem. We have some spices, but it is best to bring your own too.

One bundle of firewood will be provided. If you use all the wood you can purchase more from us for $15.

SNOW may be a problem in the winter. We will clear the parking and walkway area as best we can, but make sure to plan ahead if a storm is brewing.

POWER OUTAGES can occur in our rural area often. If this happens during your stay we apologize for the inconvenience as it is out of our control. The heater and stove will still function because they are gas appliances. The fireplace is also a fabulous option to use for heat if needed. Internet will be out if this occurs.

Smoking is not permitted in the home or around the grounds.
