Welcome to the Cabana - a unique and stylish studio apartment in the heart of the South Land Park Hills. Centrally located, you’re a short drive to downtown, shopping, businesses and parks. Walk 15 minutes to Land Park and the Sacramento Zoo! Enjoy your stay in comfort with a king-sized bed, new TV for streaming, beautifully appointed bathroom and kitchen. A private entrance/parking will make your stay comfortable and effortless. We welcome your well-behaved furry friends ($10 fee).

The Cabana is a 300 sq. ft. studio attached to a garage. The backyard, pool and spa is shared with the property owners residence. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the apartment is close to neighbors so we appreciate quiet and respectful guests.

We can share a video of our recent Cabana a backyard remodel upon request.

Guests have their own entrance to the yard and studio. We appreciate quiet late arrivals/early checkouts as the entrance is near our neighbors’ bedrooms.

The residential neighborhood is very quiet. Please respect neighbor's privacy by observing quiet hours. Music should not be played loud enough to be heard outside the apartment. Thank you!
