About this space

The Luxury Modern Studio is in a safe and walkable historic neighborhood that has everything you need for your Stockton trip.

We provide a welcoming, clean, and modern place to relax and get a good night's sleep on our Nectar memory foam mattress.

You can't get a better location in Stockton. Located within walking distance to the Miracle Mile and UOP, you'll never run out of places to explore. If you want to go wine tasting in Lodi, it's only a 30-minute drive away.

You will be staying in our newly converted garage/studio. It is detached from the house and has its own entrance and privacy for you. You may hear us or our dog in the back yard sometimes or our neighbors next door in their backyard. It is fully furnished and up to date with all new appliances and fixtures. You'll have everything you need here. And if you don't, let us know, and we'll get it for you.

We have fast internet and a desk as well for those working from home!

There is plenty of street parking and there is a keypad for keyless entry.

The studio has one bed, but we are happy to include an inflatable mattress if you will need it. Please let us know ahead of time.

We are also located near 2 hospitals in case you have an emergency.
