Just 10 minutes from downtown Mt Shasta, this exceptional custom home offers picturesqe views of Mt Shasta and Black Butte to the West and The Eddy Mountains to the East through 20 ft picture windows on both ends of the open concept Great Room and over 3,000 sq. ft of living space. Outside, you will find an expansive deck, large lawn, waterfall and exquisite landscaping all within the view of Mt Shasta!
The space
Our home had a steep driveway. In the winter months, we recommend that guest bring an All-Wheel Drive or 4-Wheel Drive vehicle. Our road can be icy and snowy in the winter. We have a local plow company that plows. We are not responsible for you if your car gets stuck because you don’t have an appropriate vehicle for mountain driving in the winter. Please use caution and only drive here in an appropriate car. No 2 wheel drive cars if it’s been snowing or is icy!
