This eclectic home is designed to pamper for short term stay or to celebrate that special night. King suite has luxurious bedding, black out curtains and 50” uhdtv. Living room with gas fireplace, custom wood trim, stylish seating to relax with another 55” uhdtv, complete with dedicated work space and high speed internet. Dining area seats four, full custom kitchen with all essentials and walk-in pantry. The bath will spoil with large soaker tub, walk in shower w/versatile removable wand.

Our newest property is located very near to Peoria Heights restaurants, shops and The Rock Island Trail. It has been totally redesigned with custom woodwork and finishes throughout. It has been designed specifically to host and pamper short term rental guests. We have been designing and selling upscale affordable housing for the past 20 years and decided to expand into the short term rental market with this dedicated AirBnB space as well as our “Imagine...In the Heights”, “Blackbird...On the Drive” and “Day Tripper…In the Heights” locations.
