"Garden house" ......a flowering oasis within the medieval walls..

The owners Mario and Donella would like to offer you an unrepeatable vacation in San Gimignano.
You can enjoy the wonderful garden, extraordinary oasis of peace and silence, in the city center, for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment.
So, reading a book, relaxing in the sun, sipping a great glass of Chianti or having breakfast surrounded by greenery and among the flowers of this garden will be a memorable experience!

**Historical Curiosities**
This special and luxurious apartment is located on the ground floor of a medieval palace in the historic center and has its origins between 1100 and 1200. In the past it was part of the old San Domenico Convent district. It has been owned by Mario's family since 1954.
The main feature that makes this apartment unique and special is the presence, in the heart of the historic center, of a large private garden for the exclusive use of those who rent the apartment, equipped with everything you need to eat and relax, always green and flowered thanks to the care of the owners.

**Accommodation**
The apartment, romantic and finely furnished, sleeps up to 2. It is particularly suitable for a romantic stay as a couple.

It includes a large living room with equipped kitchen, relaxation area with sofa, double bedroom, reading room and luxury bathroom with large shower cabin. Air conditioning in the bedroom is enough to cool all the spaces.

All linen and bed linen will be included in the price!!

"Casa del Giardino" is located within the ZTL.

**By CAR**
It will be possible to arrive near the house for unloading/loading of luggage, with a 20-minute permit, which will be sent to you by the owners and that must be displayed on the dashboard of the car.
Then your car will have to be moved and parked in the paid car parks or in the free car parks, outside the ZTL.
The paid parking lots we recommend for proximity, outside the ZTL, are P2 and P3/P4. All about a 6-minute walk away.

**By BUS**
The stop in the city is: "Piazzale Martiri Montemaggio". Then on foot, crossing the main street that leads to Piazza della Cisterna, you will have easily reached the house in 6 minutes.

Located just 100 meters from the main Piazza della Cisterna and Piazza Duomo, guests can experience the day among the many art galleries, museum visits, walks along the walls and the good living room of the squares that offers delicacies to try.
At night, the world-famous town of San Gimignano still boasts a picturesque medieval atmosphere with its soft lights and quaint cafes that let you savor the typical products.

Staying in the historic center is the best you could want from a vacation: everything is at your fingertips, characteristic shops for shopping, restaurants, trattorias, wine bars and bars. Remember that the center is a pedestrian, quiet and quiet area.
