Welcome to our relaxing, cozy and recently remodeled Sea Ranch house with amazing ocean views!
It is a 2-bedroom, 2- bath 1,200 sqft home located on the East side of Hwy 1 resting up on the hillside and offering stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, meadow, and a forest.
Relax at the oversized window seats overlooking the ocean, connect with friends and family or go on a hike. There are many trails steps away from the house.

Relax and unwind on the comfy custom built window seats overlooking the ocean, next to a wood burning fireplace. Make sure to keep your eyes peeled on the horizon for whale spouts and nearby wildlife.

Our home design and decor focuses on simplicity and harmony inspired by the surrounding landscape while honoring the history of Sea Ranch with a modern twist.

Snuggle with your loved ones as you enjoy your favorite show on large 65 inch TV with streaming services such as Netflix and Disney Plus. Enjoy your favorite beverage or BBQ on the deck overlooking the ocean and the historic Knipp-Stengel White Barn.

Featuring high speed Wi-Fi, 4K TV, brand new stainless steal appliances, fully equipped remodeled kitchen and new furniture throughout. Fiber optic internet and great cell service make this ideal for work from home.
Within minutes you can find beaches, tide pools, an 18-hole championship golf course, recreational centers with pools, sauna and tennis court and miles of hiking trails right from the house and along the shore, through the meadows, the hills and forest.
Explore nearby Gualala for dining out, shopping and local art. The Gualala river runs along Sea Ranch with picnic areas and kayak rentals in town.

Pets/Dogs: only dogs are allowed and prior approval is required. The fee is $50 per dog (max 2 dogs).
Parking pass: one parking pass will be provided (unless another one is requested at least a day before arrival- 2 passes max). Please display it in your vehicle to avoid tickets. If you lose a parking pass the fee is $45 (per pass).
Sea Ranch recreation centers: passes will be provided for guests upon arrival.

Quit Hours must be observed 9pm-7am.
No outdoor amplified sound is allowed.

Guest have access to the entire house.

Sea Ranch recreational facilities (e.g. pools, tennis, sauna) are available to guests.
