Experience all The Sea Ranch has to offer when you stay at our modern Sea Ranch home in a light-filled living space with golden meadow views. Our family-friendly home with 2BR + kids loft / 2BA is located at the north end of Sea Ranch. We are a block to the 7-mile Sea Ranch Bluff trail that spans along the entire Sea Ranch coast and a 5 minute drive to the town of Gualala (stores and restaurants) as well as Gualala State Beach, Del Mar Rec Center, and Sea Ranch Golf Course (currently closed).

The house comfortably sleeps 4 guests in two large bedrooms with king beds, as well as a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa for 2 additional guests to wake up to meadow views, and a kids loft with Ikea twin beds (small room ideal for only kids) that can sleep up to 4. Enjoy all modern amenities of this cozy house including wood-burning fireplace, well-stocked kitchen, Nest thermostat, smart lock entry, organic Keetsa mattresses on Thuma beds, plus more!

The outdoor spaces include a flower-filled entry courtyard w/BBQ, and a deck/ patio off the living room and primary bedroom to enjoy the meadow views and ocean waves.

There is a dedicated workspace in the primary bedroom with fast and reliable fiber-optic internet and a 27” monitor to make working remotely seamless. There is also a smaller workspace under the stairs in the living room.

We also have a 220V outlet (no cord, please bring your own) in the driveway to charge electric vehicles free of charge.

You will have full access to the house, courtyard, and deck. The shed is not accessible to guests.

Sea Ranch also offers community pools, saunas, and tennis/pickleball courts, hiking trails, and beach access (please reach out for reservation details). We have provided some sports equipment to enjoy these activities.

The Sea Ranch is a special community that is quiet and respectful of the flora and fauna. Please try to remain quiet while enjoying outdoor spaces and be respectful of the night sky (only use exterior lights when needed).

There are two dedicated parking spots and reservation passes (2 per reservation); please park so your car is parallel to the house in the two parking spots. Absolutely no street parking or RVs/campers per TSR regulations. The parking passes allow for parking access to Sea Ranch amenities such as hiking trails, beaches, playground, rec centers, and must be visible in vehicles at all times. Six entry passes for pools and tennis courts are provided and more can be purchased at the rec centers - please inquire for more details.
