The house has plenty of space and is in the center of town and walking distance to the beach and restaurants and 20 minutes to Manhattan. Enjoy this hidden gem of a neighborhood- City Island, the seaport of the Bronx! The basement is set up as a 2 bedroom space for additional use and privacy if needed at an additional charge!

Entire home EXCEPT the basement space is available to guests. Recreational basement space which includes game room can be included at an additional rate.

Everywhere is walking distance! 2 free parking spaces via 2 car driveway and additional free and unregulated street parking year round on both sides of street.

Please make sure your reservation has the correct number of people and pets listed. Dogs are allowed when disclosed in advance.
