Entering the apartment you will find the living room with its original terracotta tiled floor, a sofa bed for 2 people, a desk, a large wardrobe and a smart tv. Climbing the old stone stairs you will enter the fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven, dishwasher, induction stove, fridge and freezer. Next to the kitchen is the dining area with a comfortable round table and chairs. On your right there is the sleeping room, with a double bed with usb outlets to charge your devices and a large wardrobe. On your left you will find the bathroom with a large washing basin, a washing machine and a hair dryer. Next you will find the toilet with a shower, wc and bidet.
We restored our apartment with lots of care and love knowing that one day it will go to one of our sons. No effort was spared to make it as beautiful and functional as possible, using only high quality materials such as natural oak wood, natural pietra serena stone and wooden double glass windows. The apartment is decorated with original antique furniture and art being Lorenzo an antique dealer and restorer.
