The space

Enjoy a comfortable stay in our 22 sqm studio, perfectly optimized to meet your needs. You will find a queen size bed (160x200) with a 30cm thick mattress for restful nights, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, coffee maker, kettle, fridge, and even a Mickey toaster for a touch of magic! Relax in front of a 43"TV with access to Netflix and YouTube via high-speed WiFi.

Sheets, towels, hair dryer, straightening iron, coffee, tea and other amenities are provided to make your stay even more enjoyable. The bathroom has a bathtub for a relaxing moment after your adventure days. A laundromat is also available in the building for your convenience.

You will have access to the entire home. Check-in is secure and self-contained. Although the arrival times are flexible, we ask that our guests respect the calm of the residence after 10 p.m. to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.

The building has a lift, and no stairs are to be crossed.
