Welcome to this large refurbished studio with a balcony in the 16th arrondissement of Paris, very functional and clean. Large equipped kitchen windows (washing machine/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine...). Large TV and very fast wifi, very comfortable foldaway bed and high-end 140/200. Bed made on arrival with linens in Cotton from Egypt. Seine, behind Radio France and 3 min walk to the bleach bridge

Dedicated Workspace is very functional. Everything is refurbished with high-quality materials. There is no cleaning fee requested but you are required to leave the apartment clean( kitchen, dishes, garbage cans lowered) Airbnb will charge you the cleaning fee if our requirements are not met. After each pass we do a deep cleaning. We respect our guests and ask that they respect our house which was entrusted to them during the period of their stay.
