Very quiet cozy apartment of 60m2 + private courtyard of 10m2, located near the metros Lepeletier and Drouot.
It will offer you all the comforts for an exceptional stay in Paris.
It sleeps 2 to 4 guests very comfortably.

- HOME –

The apartment is charming and authentic, it has old hardwood floors, beautiful materials: old stones, polished concrete in the kitchen, marble in the bathroom, beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows.

It is ideal for families, friends or business travelers who want to make the most of their stay.

Very well equipped, it can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

It is located near the metro lepeletier, 2 min walk from the Richelieu-Drouot and Notre Dame de Lorette metros and all the prestigious sites of Paris easily accessible.

Spacious 60 m2, it benefits from a large private courtyard of 10 m2, you can fully enjoy the calm and space.

It will offer you:

A beautiful living room with a comfortable sofa bed (sleeping for 2 extra people), armchairs , a flat screen TV, and an office space.
You will also have access to a large private courtyard which is equipped with a table and chairs.

A dining room,
Paper towels are provided.

A kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare your favorite dishes: microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, kettle, oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and cooking utensils.
All the equipment and dishes are of very high quality.
Household products, sponges … are provided.

A beautiful bedroom with a double bed 160/200 cm, king size, exceptional quality of the "National Bed", and an adjoining dressing room.
Bed linen and towels are provided. All linens are in perfect condition, cotton percale 200 threads for bed linen and cotton sponge for toilet linen.

A very nice bathroom, with shower, vanity, hair dryer.
Toilet products shampoos, liquid soap are provided

The Toilet is separate, a roll of toilet paper is provided as well as liquid soap and a small hand towel.

At your request I will provide you with a crib, a high chair and a changing mat.

A laundry area, or you will also have at your disposal a washing machine, a dryer as well as an iron and an ironing table.
Washing products are also provided.

Wifi is available.

The apartment is on the ground floor, it is very quiet, which is exceptional for a Parisian apartment.

The apartment is very well located indeed you will have at your disposal many shops, the famous Rue des Martyrs is very close, restaurants, bars and shops. The neighborhood is known for its department stores, including Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, and tourist places, the OPERA, PLACE VENDOME, MONTMARTRE, La CONCORDE, La MADELEINE...
All the tourist sites to discover are accessible very simply and quickly.
