This charming 16th floor, 550 square foot unit boasts 9 ft ceilings, tons of light and views of downtown Tacoma. In this space, you can expect the following amenities:

- Queen size Casper mattress (our personal fave!)
- 55 '' Roku TV
- Full kitchen (stone dishware, glasses, pots/pans, food storage containers, mixing bowls, and more)
- Full Bathroom with provided shampoo, conditioner and body wash
- Valet Garbage Service
- Sound machines to help drown out sounds of city activity
- On-site gym
- Common area amenities including The Falcon Lounge, Falcon Rooftop Terrace, and The Vault

- Washer/Dryer ** Please read if a washer/dryer is required for your stay. The washer/dryer is a vent less (only electric) appliance that the apartment complex is required to use, and can take several hours to successfully complete a small load of laundry. The clothes may still feel slightly damp upon pulling them out Please budget your time accordingly if you choose to use it. If this doesn't interest you, we do have a laundromat recommendation nearby.

PARKING:
Free street parking on Pacific Avenue and on 10th street in the alley behind the complex:
- Monday-Friday 6pm-8am. During the day, you can pay for street parking at the meter for $1/hour.
- Saturday & Sunday: Free all day/night (signage may say it's only free on Sundays, however the meter's are closed on Saturday as well)

Paid parking is available in the parking garage directly behind the complex on 10th street across the alley. The garage is covered, but not gated.

*For long term stays (1 month+), a parking pass is available for an additional fee.

Your provided key fob will allow you to access the building from the front and back entrance, available bike storage, on-site gym, Vault lounge, Falcon Lounge and Falcon Terrace.

A parking pass to the rear garage is available for a fee to long-term staying guests.
