The spectacular recreational area around Moab is world-renowned for its hiking, rock climbing, off-road vehicle opportunities, mountain biking, golf, and white-water rafting. We are located only 5 miles from town and close to Arches and Canyonlands National Parks. The 4-season Moab area truly offers something for everyone!

This home offers 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a loft with a sleeper sofa. The home can sleep up to 8 people (3 beds, 1 sleeper sofa). The master bedroom #1 is located downstairs (off the living room), has a King bed, en-suite bathroom, and Roku Smart TV. Upstairs bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom #3 has a queen bed. Plus, there is a Loft with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. You’ll love the vaulted ceilings and spacious layout.

We have a full kitchen equipped with dishes, cookware, refrigerator, full gas range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and a coffee pot. We also offer an insta-pot, crock-pot, air fryer, and griddle. The dining table seats 8, plus 4 barstools at the breakfast bar.

A spacious Loft space at the top of the stairs is furnished with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, designated workspace with small desk and Roku TV. The Living Room has recliner couch, Roku Smart TV and a cozy, gas-log fireplace. The outdoor private patio has 4-seat table and a gas BBQ Grill. Higher end front loading washer and dryer are provided in a separate laundry room. Topping off this great condo is a double garage, providing secure storage for vehicles and all of your toys.

The Pool & Hot Tub are opened weather permitting (April to October). There is also a community playground, tennis/basketball courts and picnic areas.
