The hot tub is well maintained and located directly behind the cottage next to an attached deck for easy access. Across the street is a lovely park and recreation center with an indoor pool and sauna. You are 10 minutes from the airport, blocks from the bike trail along the river, and a few miles to shopping centers and downtown Eugene.

The space

The cottage sits in a quiet neighborhood located minutes from the Willamette River, tree-lined walking trails, plenty of shopping options. The home is entirely yours, except for a cleaning supply and storage room.

There are two off-street parking spaces right next to the house. The home is easily accessible via a sidewalk and two steps on the deck leading to the front door.

The kitchen is fully stocked with a large stainless refrigerator, dishwasher and beautiful gas store and oven. The refrigerator has an ice dispenser and filtered water dispenser.
The house is climate controlled Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling system. There is a gas fireplace in the living room for dreaming and relaxation.

Guests have 2 parking spaces, full use of front yard and part of the back yard.

There is an air filter in main bedroom for anyone who suffers from allergies.

I am 90% eco friendly.

There is a sweet park with beautiful trees across the street and an indoor pool and sauna that costs quests only 3 to 4 dollars because you are in-district!
