Your haven of serenity is the stone fienile (barn) of a centuries-old Tuscan farmhouse. It is located on the most famous hills of Val di Chiana.

The property has recently been restored with taste and elegance. It is rented as a self-catering holiday cottage throughout the year for a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Gli Sterpi offers all modern comforts in a typically Tuscan atmosphere. Your 430 sq ft holiday cottage includes a bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with island, living space with an extra bed, Wi-Fi and satellite TV. In the kitchen you will find a large fridge and freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, espresso machine, kettle and everything needed to create your favorite Tuscan dishes in the luxury of your own villetta.

The Gli Sterpi guesthouse is an ideal place to stay and feel at home, immersed in the peace and quiet of the Sienese countryside. Surrounded by olive trees, the Tuscan farmhouse is located in a village renowned for its quality of life, excellent wine and award-winning olive oil, Farnetella.
The house is 10 miles from Montepulciano, 16 miles from Arezzo, 28 miles from Siena.
The estate extends over 2 hectares of woods and 80 olive trees and offers a splendid view of the Tuscan hills, with a recently renovated swimming pool and its fully equipped pool house.

The villetta is surrounded by 2 hectares of olive trees and woods. You can wander around the whole fenced property.
