Large and quiet private room behind our house, right by the canal and a short walk to the beach AND to 2nd Street restaurants, bars & boutiques.

Use our bikes, kayaks and paddle boards!

Super comfy queen size bed with luxury sheets.

Mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, plates and utensils.

PRIVATE ENTRANCE by the side of the main house.

Shared laundry room.

NO PETS. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
QUIET TIME IS 10PM-8AM. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The back room is behind our property so it's very safe and private. The entrance through the side of the house.

You will have access to the shared backyard and bikes, boards, kayaks, bbq, firepit and laundry room.

You can also borrow our beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

CDC Cleaning and Sanitation Protocols Followed.

Both the room, the backspace, the bikes, kayaks and paddles boards are for 2 guests only. No parties please, we need to respect our street and neighborhood. Quite time by the firepit at 10pm.

Backyard with firepit /table, laundry room with new washer and dryer, 3 bikes, 2 adult paddle boards and 2 individual kayaks. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels. There is plenty of street parking in front of our house. Wifi password inside the room as well as bike keys.

No smoking in room or backyard. No pets. Self check in (More details once you book). Complimentary tea/coffee pods and waters for your stay. Food recommendations and tips inside the room. Street sweeping Th and Friday mornings on different sides of the street at 10am. We have a cat named Oliver who is very friendly but is not allowed in the guest room. We must be respectful of our neighbors and quiet hours are strictly enforced. No outside guests. Please take kayaks and bikes through back gate or garage.
