Welcome! This studio is located one short block from West Beach at our small, family-owned and operated inn. Our boutique accommodations are updated with upscale furnishings, cleaned with the highest standards, and offer a sense of comfort that is often overlooked in modern hospitality. Live like a local in one of our seventeen one-of-a-kind guest studios.

The maximum occupancy is 2 people and we do not allow infants or children in this unit.

Some listing amenities might not be accurate due to synchronization issues. This studio has the following:
- Fully equipped wet bar, mini-fridge, microwave, and local coffee from Santa Barbara Roasting Company
- Bathroom with rain shower and personal care amenities
- Independent heating & air conditioning
- Smart TV with complimentary streaming services
- Private entrance - it's your own studio apartment in West Beach!

Guests will have access to our complimentary cruiser bikes, beach chairs, towels & umbrellas.

NO CLEANING FEE!

We love pets but we are not a pet-friendly property, and this includes emotional support animals. We do accept working service animals that are trained to perform tasks that will aid you during your stay. Service animals must accompany you at all times and cannot be left unattended.

Parking is free and available for most vehicles. Oversized trucks and SUVs will likely need to use available street parking which is safe and close by.
