This is a 3 bedroom apartment with shared spaces including, living room, laundry room, full bathroom and kitchen.

PLEASE NOTE - THE HOST IS PRESENT IN HOME WITH GUEST. THIS IS A SHARED APARTMENT. YOU WILL HAVE A PRIVATE BEDROOM WITH SHARED SPACES INCLUDING, FULL KITCHEN, BATHROOM, AND LAUNDRY.

PLEASE NOTE - This is an apartment, UNIT #2, in the two family house. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment.

Kitchen includes - Gas stove, ice maker refrigerator, electric hot water kettle, microwave, toaster, pots, pans and other cooking utensils to cook your own meals. As well as plates, cups, bowls forks, spoons etc.

The bathroom is shared, starter essentials is provided such as toilet tissue, body wash, hand soap and simple cleaning supplies.

keys available for main entrance and bedroom, keys will be provided upon check in.

Check in time is 3:00pm or later

Check out time is 11am Sharp

Quiet night hours are: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am.

City garbage collections are on Saturdays and Wednesdays.

Wii-fi access is available on bookshelf.

No shipping to the address unless you will be available to receive the shipment when it arrives.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED
NO hair coloring or nail allowed on countertops or furniture/beds. Any damage caused by dye or nail polish will result in replacement charges.

please use darker towels for makeup removal.

please remove clothing immediately after use from washer/dryer. please do not remove others clothing from washer/dryer.
