About this place

My place is private and secluded yet close to the city centre.
The flat has a relaxing atmosphere with spectacular views. I like to think I offer more than just a bed for the night.

The flat is located in a quiet residential area of Edinburgh. Stands between Granton and Newhaven harbours.
Newhaven is an old fishing village with nice seafood and fish and chips restaurants.

Bedroom has a private en suite facility
Access to whole flat.
Kitchen, study, balcony and living area.
Please note I let this one en-suite bedroom in my flat which I stay in.
It is not the whole flat for rent although you have full use of the flat.

As often as they need. I am available for help and advice but not intrusive.

There is free parking outside flat.

New tram service to and from city centre and airport stops at western harbour

No 11 Bus service two minute walk and runs every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes at the weekend into City Centre.
