Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. It's Room #1. Free WiFi and live tv, keypad lock on your door, mini fridge in the room. Queen bed, desk and nightstands in the room. Access to buses to NYC, malls, and walk to local stores. There are renters in the house that include my son. He has a medium dog that you’ll probably never see. Please text me with any questions. Please do your hair in the room and not the bathroom I provided a mirror and table.

This is a five bedroom house with two bedrooms upstairs and two (Airbnb) bedrooms on the first floor. My son lives on 2nd floor with his friendly German Shepard (medium) The living room, bathrooms, and kitchen are shared spaces. There is a full bathroom in the basement where the laundry is. Smoking allowed in backyard only. The room has a desk for you to be able to do any work. There is access to the laundry in the basement. Please follow the red arrows on machine to use it properly.

Free street parking BUT LOOK AT STREET SIGNS for STREET CLEANING, so that you won’t get a parking ticket. The driveway is first come first serve. When you enter make a right and you'll see the room door #2. You'll will be given an access code for the front door and your room door. The house is located in Hackensack and central to everything! Buses to NYC are 3 blocks away. Also we are not far from Hackensack Hospital. Near all the malls, dining and entertainment.

I am available to answer any of your questions and minutes away if any problems arise.

If you want to stay at my place you have to clean up after yourself in common areas there is no maid here. Take care of your own messes and help maintain a clean environment throughout the house. For long term stay you will be put in rotation.
