Beautiful bedroom in a shared home.
Quiet home with a SHARED bathroom and kitchen with all amenities.
You'll be staying with myself, a local business owner, massage therapist, yogi, book and record collector, chef and music lover. In addition my 14-year-old son is with us every other week. He is extremely chill, loves sports and trying new games.
We also have 3 cats!
I own House of Wellness in Astoria and we offer our guests discounts and specials on massage therapy!

We are right across the street from Astoria park!
There are six units in the building. All of our neighbors are wonderful. We are on the first floor towards the back of the building on the 1st floor. It's unit two, at the very back.
Your bedroom is immediately to the left upon entering the apartment and the bathroom is the 2nd door to the left!

There is a key box outside with a cat sticker on it that holds your keys for the stay. The green key opens the 2 entry doors, the red key opens the apartment door. The code for the key box is provided 48 hours before your stay.

I am often cooking and baking! If there are baked goods out please help yourself as well as to the coffee in the French press in the morning. If I'm not around there will be instructions for pour over coffee!

We do not wear our shoes inside the apartment and I am very strict about this. If you are not comfortable leaving your shoes in the hallway please feel free to carry them into your room.
We are a quiet household and I am usually to be found in the kitchen with music playing and 3 cats at my feet! If I am cooking please join us for food!
