The space: Spacious open plan living/dining and kitchen, 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home. Plenty of seating for everyone and 75" TV in the living room. Large front and back yards and screened in heated/chilled salt water pool. You’ll have tons of fun with indoor and outdoor games including Fooz Ball, Bumper Pool, Ping Pong, Dart Board, Disc Golf Course, Corn Hole, and Jenga.

Location: Centrally located with public beach access and restaurants 15 minutes drive and grocery store 5 minutes away.

Expansive property is located in a quiet residential South Vero Beach neighborhood. Plenty of parking. Bring your boat! Intercoastal water access is close by with public ramps.
This is a newly renovated spacious 5 bedroom/3 full bathroom home. Relax by the fully screened, solar heated sparkling pool (lots of floats and toys), watch horses roam in the nearby pasture. Play disc golf in backyard. Enjoy front patio at night.
Grill your favorite foods on the gas bbq grill, dining poolside or inside. Enjoy the large fully equipped kitchen, with adjacent dining area and additional island seating. Stainless steel appliances include: Double ovens, cooktop stove, dishwasher, microwave oven, and refrigerator. Coffee (and tea) bar area with Keurig coffee maker (and drip coffee maker) and starter supplies. Lots of small appliances: Blender, Toaster, Griddle, Waffle Maker, and Hand Mixer, as well as cookware, dishes, utensils, drinkware.
The family great room has plenty of comfortable seating, a large smart flat screen TV, soundbar, and electric fireplace.
The super fun game room located in converted garage has plenty of games as well as a smart flat screen TV that will be sure to entertain kids of all ages!
When it's time to turn in for the night, you have a choice of 5 bedrooms. A King sized bed in the primary ensuite. Queen sized beds are in the remainder of rooms, except one bedroom has two electric adjustable Twin XL beds . All bedrooms have smart flat screen TV's except one queen room. One of the bathrooms has a spa body jet shower!
We provide a washer and dryer with starter supplies as well as iron and ironing board, and a dryer rack for swimsuits.
Infants and children are welcome. We provide a pack n'play, highchair, dinner wear, and alarms available on slider and back doors to pool area.
Beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, towels, sand toys, and sunscreen/aloe starter supplies available. Nearest beautiful beach is South Beach Park only 4.1 miles away with FREE PARKING! Salt water Solar Heated Pool !!!! with lots of pool toys and floats. NOTE Solar Heating only does so much, 5-8 degrees above average daily temperature.
And NOTE. Pool water level needs to be 1/2 way up the top tile as wind heat etc evaporates the water keep level up there is a hose with a timer next to pool pump put it into pool and turn on in 60 minute intervals till pool water reaches proper level !

Guests will need a car to get around. There is Uber and taxi service available.

Please read our rules thoroughly. Guest booking will need to provide screenshot or photo of their ID prior to door code being given out.

Please note Pool must be kept full to the 1/2 mark on the top tile. If the level is low please get the hose and fill the pool using the timer in 60 minute intervals till the pool is full. During the hot times the wind heat and weather play a big part in evaporation and the pool water level can not go below the skimmer of the pump will suck air and burn up.
