The swimming pool is working and can be used by guests (guest visit does not have access, subject to fine), normally, will operate from TUESDAY TO SUNDAY, subject to change without prior notice (7 a.m. - 11 p.m.). MONDAY DOES NOT OPEN NOR the POOL AREA, remembering that eating/drinking/smoking is not allowed in the pool area or listening to music in the speaker (subject to a fine). The swimming pool and gym are managed by the condominium, both can close at any time!

IF YOU ARE TOO LATE TO CHECK OUT, YOU WILL BE CHARGED HALF A NIGHT OR ONE MORE NIGHT (DEPENDS ON HOW LONG YOU ARE DELAYED). ANY BROKEN ITEM ON THE PROPERTY WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE STAY. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SMOKE ANYTHING IN THE APARTMENT OR LIGHT INCENSE, IF THIS OCCURS, A FINE OF R$300 WILL BE CHARGED AFTER THE STAY.
