Most unique treehouse destination you will find. For ages 12+. 2 bedroom / 1 bath treehouse uses 4 shipping containers. The interior has a modern farmhouse style. After waking up with an incredible view, move outside to 1 of 5 balconies, including the 3rd floor screened porch with hot tub or to the 6th floor crows-nest 50’ in the air. Are you looking for a couples get-away, adult trip, or a romantic celebration...the unique “nature” of the treehouse will make for a unforgettable experience.

You will be immersed and be one with nature and the environment. Local animals that you may see include: deer, wild hogs, raccoons, armadillos, opossums, rabbits, bobcats, squirrels, owls, red-tailed hawk and many other varieties of birds. There are a number of trails to take by foot or bike.

The treehouse has all the amenities of home and many that only exist in your dreams. You can be comfortable in all seasons with a 20’ wall of windows where you can watch birds and squirrels feed 20’ off the ground from the comfort of power recliners. Each of the 5 balconies provide unique perspectives of nature and shade. Relax with a morning coffee on balcony adjacent to kitchen or take steps to the shaded crows nest to swing in a hammock 40’ off the ground fully surrounded by extra tall railings. In the evening, start a fire in the covered fire pit and let nature and the crackle of the fire relax you.

This treehouse is meant for ages 12+ and older ONLY.

PLEASE, No Pets! For safety reasons pets are not allowed; an exception is made for any registered service animal. We do this to protect you and your pet from any injury.

Closures: We retain the right to close or limit your access to the treehouse during your stay if we deem it unsafe due to heavy storms or other considerations. These facilities and activities can be inherently risky due to the unique nature of the experience, so safety must stay top priority for you during your stay.

Safety: Each unit has multiple smoke detectors and carbon monoxide sensors. Please do not tamper with these units. Also, keep in mind that, when staying in a treehouse, you're between 10’ and 50’ above the ground and should act in a responsible manner. Accommodations have been constructed in as safe as possible manner, but we need your help keeping you and your loved ones safe during the stay. Fire extinguishers are scattered around the treehouse, including one in each bedroom for your use in an emergency. Designated operational windows in each room are available for quick escape using a ladder in case of fire. Do not use these items unless there is an emergency. If there is an emergency, dial 9-1-1. EACH VISITOR AND GUEST SHALL CONDUCT THEMSELVES IN A RESPONSIBLE MANNER SO AS NOT TO ENDANGER THE LIVES OF OTHER GUESTS OR VISITORS, CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE PROPERTY, THEMSELVES OR OTHERS, OR CONSUME ALCOHOL TO EXCESS OR USE ILLEGAL DRUGS.

Disclaimer: We cannot control nor are we responsible for any acts of nature. This includes but is not limited to; weather, insects, rodents or the presence of wildlife (bugs, deer, squirrels, raccoons, bats, skunks, wild hogs, armadillos, snakes, etc.).

Liability / Risk Management: Inherently we do as much as possible to make our treehouses and the outside activities as safe as possible. All activities involve a certain inherent risk or injury up to and including death. It is expressly understood and agreed that neither the owner nor HPT Air Castle, LLC shall be liable for any damages or injury to guest, guest’s guest, or their families or to any of their property from whatever cause arising from the occupancy or use of the premises by guest and his/her family and guests. If an unregistered guest damages property, is injured or causes liability then the person making the reservation is personally liable and responsible for the acts of the unregistered guest.

Property Do’s / Don’ts:

· No house parties

· All visitors must be registered and have a signed Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability Agreement on file prior to the commencement of their stay; a visitor may be replaced or added with at least seven (7) day notice to HPT Air Castles, LLC and having the new or replacement visitor sign and return to HPT Air Castles, LLC the Assumption of Risk and Release from Liability Agreement

· Exceeding maximum occupancy of any unit results in a $100 /person/per day charge

· There is a $20.00 service fee + postage for any items left behind that we mail to you

· No pets allowed. If non-compliant $150 charge will be applied to credit card on file

· No smoking inside. If non-compliant $150 charge will be applied to credit card on file

· Treehouses are to be left tidy, plus you agree to be financial responsible for any economic loss to HPT Air Castles, LLC due to any reservation cancellation or delay in reservation move-ins that are a result of excess cleaning needing to be done after your stay

· Any- type of foreign material, oil, or soap used in outdoor hot-tubs will result in a $50 to $100 fee

· Any items removed or damaged will result in extra fee charges including bedding and linens

· HPT Air Castle, LLC reserves the right to refuse service & cancel any reservations at any time

· No ATV’s or firearms are to be used on property

· Fires are to be burned in designated locations only

· Holdovers: Don’t holdover; we need to make sure our place is tidy for the next visitors and guests. Therefore, please check out by 11:00 am. Check in is at 4:00 pm. If you do not check out by 11:00 am, you will be subject to a stay-over penalty, which is the market cost for the next night, plus an additional cleaning fee and a 10% penalty on top of the market cost for the night.

**Your satisfactory stay is very important to us and we want to correct anything that is not in working order. Please report any issues or concerns to us prior to your first night stay. We will make every effort to get it immediately fixed. We cannot honor any requests for refund or compensation for any existing concerns or issues reported after the first night’s stay.
