The fully-equipped kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, stocked with everything you need from coffee to seasoning, ensuring your meals are as delightful as your stay. Need entertainment? Dive into our collection of books and games, listen to music on the blue toothe speaker, or stream your favorites on the Smart TV.

Sink into the charm of the bathroom with its black and white mosaic tile floors and rainfall shower head, then ascend the ladder to the cozy loft bedroom. Here, you'll find a dreamy retreat complete with a plush queen-size bed, Moroccan-style seating, and even exercise gear for those morning stretches.

As evening falls, gather around the thermostat-controlled gas fireplace in the living area or venture outside to the spa under the twinkling patio lights and majestic eucalyptus trees. Let the jets melt away your cares as you wrap yourself in plush spa towels and slip into provided slippers. Feeling hungry? Fire up the BBQ grill (propane included) on the deck and savor a delicious meal, surrounded by the tranquility of nature.

Christmas decor will go up mid November.

For our guests security, every guest is given a unique lock code that is only valid during the time/date of their stay.

We do NOT accept check in or check out on major holidays.
We host a maximum of 2 guests 1 dog NO exceptions. Regardless of age each individual counts as 1 guest.
We do NOT make exceptions to our cancellation policy. It's your responsibility to purchase insurance if you would like to be reimbursed for reasons and timelines outside of our policies. Please note if you cancel some fees are non refundable.
When applicable we charge a 35$ fee for early check in, late check out or date alterations. All date alterations will remain at the original nightly rate unless changing to dates that are of higher value.
It is against policy to make a reservation if you are not staying. We recommend purchasing a gift card and giving it to someone instead. If you have made a reservation not for you it will be canceled.
If at any time we find you have violated house rules you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement. If you do not vacate you will be fined 500$ a day until you leave.
In booking our place you agree that you are financially responsible for covering replacement/repairs costs in the case that damages are caused by you and/or your associated party. We are not responsible for any damages done to your vehicle or any other personal property.


Our property is protected by Superhog insurance. Please note that all booking methods (w/the exception of those booking on Airbnb) will be required to fill out the Superhog verification link to reserve and keep a reservation.
Your reservation will be subject to superhog approval if your denied your reservation will be cancelled. I will message you the link, you can then click it and follow a couple simple steps once this is done your reservation will be secured for your desired dates.

Check out instructions for our guests are; clean dishes and place them in dish rack. Then please turn things off (ex turn off, BBQ propane, thermostat, lights) then close the windows and lock the doors. That's it! (for pet bookings please wash dog bowls and pick up poop)
