We are located in the gated community of Pine Mountain Lake, only 26 miles from the northern Yosemite entrance. After a day of exploring, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cabin where you’ll rest and recharge in comfort.

You will have exclusive use of the main cabin. Please note this listing is for top level of cabin only. Lower level with second bedroom will be locked off.

The primary bedroom has a comfortable Tuft & Needle king-sized mattress, luxurious sheets & bedding, twin Joybird sofa bed for littles, smart tv, electric fireplace and beautiful forest views. At night, the skylight can provide stargazing views while lying in the comfort of your bed. If you prefer a dark sleeping environment, the skylight has a retractable shade, and the room has blackout curtains.

In the living room, grab a blanket and relax in front of the wood-burning fireplace on our plush velvet Joybird sofa bed. Queen sleeper provides additional sleeping space for two. Linens are stored underneath chaise storage.

Full bathroom with tub and complimentary Public Goods toiletries. Forgot something? No problem, we provide guests with toothbrushes, razors, cotton swabs and feminine hygiene products.

Fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel appliances. Some of my favorite features are the electric stove with air fryer convection oven and the Phillips LatteGo automatic expresso machine. Coffee beans provided from local roaster, Top of the Trail. Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press and electric tea kettle also provided.

Want to dine al fresco? We have an outdoor grill and outdoor dining table with forest views. Finish the evening out with a glass of wine sitting around the gas firepit and take in the views.

Pine Mountain Lake is a gated community and requires a one-time fee of $50/car/week for the duration of your stay. PML amenities include:

- 3 beaches/coves

- Marina complete with paddle board, kayak and boat rentals

- Large Heated Swimming Pool (available May-Oct)

- Championship 18 hole golf course & lounge

- Equestrian Center

- Hiking/walking trails

- Tennis & Pickle ball courts

- Horseshoe pits

There is a detached guesthouse that may be occupied during your stay. You may see other guests, cleaners or pups.

- We do not have a fenced area outside, keep a close eye on your kids and pets.

- Dogs are not allowed on Pine Mountain Lake beaches, but are allowed at the Fisherman’s cove.

- Please do not leave your dog unattended without a crate in the home.

- Dogs must be leashed at all times.

- No fires burning or fireworks of any kind per county ordinance.

- Absolutely NO SMOKING. Should the home have any residual smell, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

*Power Outages* We have a full backup generator. Should a neighborhood power outage occur, your stay will not be impacted!

***Living With Nature***
Wildlife/Pest/Insect Control: This cabin is located in the woods! We are very fortunate that our cabin is surrounded by nature - from the family of deer that live on the property to the incredible starry nights, our guest get to experience the very best nature has to offer! However, keep in mind that there are a variety of critters that call our neighborhood home. While we have a fabulous cleaning team and have our cabin treated regularly, we cannot guarantee that you won't run into any critters. No refunds of any kind will be given for issues with wildlife/pests/insects. You can help keep them away by making sure crumbs and spills are cleaned up promptly, and any trash placed outside is locked in the designated trash cans.

Wildlife Part 2: This property is located in the woods! Expect to see wildlife of all shapes and sizes. Please no self-ies with bears. No refunds for majestic sightings.
