Nestled among the trees, this cabin offers views from the deck, perfect for stargazing by the fire pit, and a hot tub (Oct-May)/stock tank pool (June-Sept). Relax in the indoor tub or outdoor shower & wake up to natural light streaming through an over-sized window. Enjoy a Keurig, Roku TV, record player, & other amenities for a cozy stay. Whether you're seeking a nature retreat or a relaxing adventure, this cabin is your perfect getaway.

The Treescape is outfitted for two guests, though you could possibly include one or two others (e.g., child) if you're willing to be flexible. Let us know if you're considering that option. If you are looking for a larger group experience, we do have two other cabins on the property and could accommodate more adults. Send an inquiry to find out availability and more details.

The Treescape offers breathtaking views of the surrounding scenic landscape, whether it be from the outdoor shower, the lounging deck, the oversized window in the bedroom, or the large indoor soaking tub!

* Kitchenette: The tiny home features a convenient kitchenette with a stocked Keurig, toaster, mini fridge, essential dishes, flatware, and salt, pepper, and sugar.

* Comfy Living: Enjoy a comfortable shower, a built-in dining table/work station, TV, internet, queen foam matteress, and ample natural light.

* Heat/Cool: Stay comfortable year-round with air-conditioning and heat.

* Vibing: Enjoy cozy throwback vibes with the fully functional record player (we provide a rotating selection of 4 diverse albums, or bring your own!).

* The Treescape is located in the same town where Chip and Joanna Gaines film their TV shows in their renovated mill.

* You're close enough to Waco (30 minutes away) to explore its attractions, but still come back to enjoy the small-town vibe and escape the hustle and bustle.

Guests are given full access to the Treescape house, its deck, and trail leading up to the property!

While the Treescape offers tranquility and peace, there is a nearby train that comes through day and night. (Horn patterns last about 10 seconds each.) We have sound proofed the cabin as much as possible and do provide earplugs for your comfort while sleeping. Feel free to bring your preferred noise cancelling earplugs as well.
* The Treescape comfortably accommodates up to 2 adults.
* No pets allowed, and this is a smoke-free property.
* Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Contact the host for any exceptions.
* The tiny home is situated in a friendly rural neighborhood, so you may occasionally hear the sounds of neighbors enjoying their own piece of Hill Country paradise.
