The space
Welcome to Froggy's Beach Pad located on the 10th floor of the wonderful Landmark Resort. From the moment you step inside, prepare to be swept away by the breathtaking features of this magnificent property. As you enter, your eyes will be drawn to the expansive windows that showcase a mesmerizing view of the Atlantic Ocean. The sight alone is enough to leave you in awe and create a sense of tranquility.
The open and airy floor plan is designed with your comfort in mind. It seamlessly connects the bedroom to the living area, creating a space that feels both spacious and inviting.
The upgraded kitchen is a chef's delight, equipped with a new full size fridge, new flat top range, under counter lighting and ample counter space, ensuring that preparing your favorite meals is a breeze. The dining area provides the perfect setting for enjoying meals with the sound and view of the ocean as your backdrop.
This condo offers one comfortable bedroom complete with King size bed and 1.5 Jack and Jill bathrooms with walk in shower in the master and vanity and toilet in the half bath, making it an idea vacation spot.

Guest access
No waiting at the front desk of the resort! Keyless entry to the condo ensures seamless check-in process. Codes to the keypad will be provided the day prior to check-in.
If you have driven to the condo, you will need to enter the building at the lobby. Walk down the hall to the left of the Starbucks. At the end of the hall turn right and you will see two elevators. Take the elevator to the 10th floor. As you exit the elevator to the left, follow the hallway to the end. Turn right and follow the hallway to the fire door. Open that door and follow the breezeway to unit 1042. Grab a parking pass and the key card so that you have access to the building from the parking garage. Please go back to your vehicle in the parking garage and put the parking pass visible in your window to avoid being towed.
Upon arrival, the parking garage will be across the street from the building. When entering the building from the garage, take the skywalk to the building. Continue down the hall to the elevator which is located on your left. Proceed to the 10th floor. When exiting the elevator turn left and the room will be just ahead.
Once you reach the condo, there will be a keypad wifi lock with a touch screen. To unlock the door, enter the code given to you. The door will unlock with that code for the duration of your stay. When ever you exit the unit, please make sure the door is shut and touch the lock icon on the bottom right of the keypad.
You will find extra parking passes and pool bands on the kitchen counter.
We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. You are encouraged to bring more especially for extended stays.
Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi.
TRAVELERS INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. PLEASE CONSIDER PURCHASING THROUGH AIRBNB.
Other things to note
The Landmark offers plentiful amenities, making it a highly sought-after, 1-stop shop for so many visitors. The resort offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, laundry facility, arcade, and so much more.
While our guests will have access to over 10 indoor and outdoor pools, lazy rivers, hot tubs, saunas, laundromat, arcade, free parking, and beach access, there are some amenities that our guests cannot access. Our guests are not permitted to use the food and beverage outlets within the complex, water features across the street, or the coffee bar in the lobby. Many of our guests have stated that they were still able to use the restricted amenities, and they were not declined service. However, we just cannot advertise those amenities.
There is no daily housekeeping. The condo has all fresh cleaned linens and towels for your stay. There is a laundromat located on the first floor if you wish to clean your personal items.
There are vending machines, game room, gift shop, luggage carts and fitness center at the location.
No Pets, smoking of any kind, vaping or open flames. There is a large fine of $400.00 and up, if caught and can result in eviction with NO REFUND of any money paid. $250.00 for odor removal or excessing cleaning will be charged.
