The house is situated on the West side of the highway - perfect for a sunset walk along the sound and an easy cruise to the beach or the Avalon Fishing Pier.

One of the original OBX beach cottages from the 50’s that’s been updated with all the modern amenities for comfort yet still maintains its classic charms. Smart TV in the living area for rainy days, a covered back patio with outdoor bath and shower, and memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms.

You’ll have full access to the property with the exception of a locked owners closet, the shed and chicken run.
