Nestled between the San Gabriel Mountains and the vibrant community of Pasadena, you will find a tranquil 1-bedroom guest apartment in Altadena. The apartment is brand new and comes equipped with everything you will need for a fabulous stay.

The main living area boasts a one-wall fully stocked kitchen, fresh eggs, local coffee, dining area with mountain views, living space with enough seating for 4, a smart TV and bluetooth stereo system that includes a record player and a curated selection of vinyl.

The bedroom is quite large. It contains a queen sized bed with quality bed linens, black-out shades, ceiling fan, a dedicated work space, plenty of storage including a large closet as well as a full-sized laundry center for your use.

The bathroom is stocked with natural bath products and soft, fluffy towels.

Shaded by a Chinese Elm and a California Redwood, the shared backyard is a great space to hang out year-round.

The 1 bedroom apartment is detached from the main house and all yours when you book!
