We provide coffee, selection of teas and sugar. Sit back and relax in pottery barn sofa and chair. Brand new Vizio smart tv (internet/wifi provided, there is NO regular tv cable). Cotton sheets and down/feather comforters (winter). Full kitchen! Come enjoy the beauty in the heart of Placerville.

Whether you go river rafting, wine tasting, hiking, or skiing the Sierra mountain range, you have a central location to explore it all. We will provide you with all the best recommendations for tasty restaurants, gorgeous hikes, scenic picnics, and local attractions. Come enjoy the wonder of Placerville and beyond!

You will have access to a lovely terrace just out the front door. Guesthouse is perched on a hill with a nice view of what I call “city country!” You also have access to the back veranda with seating area and view of sunset and trees.

I have an Australian Shepard, Rebel. His name suits him! He’s still in training so he tends to bark while figuring out his job. I’m working on it lol. He’s a little scared of people so he does bark at people he doesn’t know but getting better, and I’m always with him. Also I got 10 chickens! They are so cute. They run around the backyard and are quiet in the morning. Throughout the day you might hear some squawking but nothing crazy. I find it calming, ranch vibes!
