About this space

This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

Comfort, relaxation, and a touch of elegance await our guests. We believe all our guests deserve to feel pampered, which is why we offer a full bed and breakfast experience, with breakfast delivered to your door. The private casita has a touch code security entrance. Amenities include, ceiling fan, coffee machine, tea, stress relieving and rejuvenating shower gels, private bathroom, wifi, refrigerator, iron, hair dryer, microwave, 55 inch LED TV , Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Max, HULU, Netflix, and a few other surprises for the senses. NO PETS ALLOWED ON PREMISES. SMOKING INSIDE THE CASITA IS PROHIBITED. Guests will be charged an additional fee of $100 for smoking or bringing pets inside the casita.

Rear yard access includes firepit, heaters, BBQ, and seating. We also have beach chairs and towels for guests staying multiple nights.

Rear yard curfew is 10:00 PM. A maximum of four visitors are welcome before curfew.
