This secluded studio is newly renovated and set amidst a spacious outdoor living space consisting of a beautifully preserved tree house, refreshing salt water pool, and BBQ patio/lounge area. An outdoor daybed also makes for a perfect spot to kick back and read your favorite books, surf the web, or catch up on some much needed sleep!

- You agree you are booking in goodwill and that you will not damage the host's property.

Please read and agree to the house rules before booking:
- No smoking or drugs.
- No parties.
- Quiet time after 10 PM.
- Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
- If a guest brings more guests than were booked, the reservation will be cancelled with no refund.
- Let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable!

Self Check-In:
-This is a secured, self check-in property; you certify that you are willing and able to follow the instructions that you're being provided by Airbnb through the house manual and check-in guide.

Pool:
- The salt water pool is unheated.

Fees:
- $50 late check-out fee applies unless the host has provided prior consent.
- $200 smoke fee per a day

Guests have full access to the pool, backyard, and BBQ grill.

Weather:
- Sierra Madre is a lush and dense green area. A wind storm may periodically blow leaves in the backyard and the pool.

Depending on weather conditions, the outdoor patio furniture may be stowed away or covered up to prevent damage.

Covid-19:
- Safety is our paramount concern. We use 70%+ Isopropyl Alcohol to sanitize all surface areas including handles, light switches, remotes, and other surfaces.
