Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway overlooking the beautiful Black Sands Beach. The bottom level of the house is on the cliffs edge so you will have a Birds Eye view of all the whale activity and people watching on the beach. The large deck has glass railing which makes it completely unobstructed. There are no neighbors directly on either side so it is very quiet and private. Newly renovated small-scale kitchen & living room. Just a short walk to the restaurants.
Perfect for R&R.

The house has 2 beautiful bedrooms with comfortable queen beds and 2 full bathrooms with all the amenities. The quant combined living room and kitchen is so cute and cozy.
Guests enter in the house from the lower deck. ( Not the first door you come to) It has its own Private entrance into the lower portion of house. (Even though the owners will never be there while you are there!)

It’s important to know You will Need to be able to walk down 2 flights of stairs to get to the front door.
The large deck with glass walls is an amazing place to relax, whale watch, while listening to the sound of the waves. Just imagine sitting there drinking your morning coffee, playing games with friends, reading a book or taking in all the twinkling stars in the very dark sky. What could be better?

There is no better place to see the ocean and Black Sands Beach than Mermaids View!

There are cameras only on the property for safety! There are no security cameras inside the house or looking into the house. Guest privacy is at top priority!

You will park in a gated fenced in carport area.

We love pets and they are allowed. We just ask to please clean up after them! Please don’t allow them to run free outside, there are a lot of foxes, cats & deer in the area.

The house is a vacation house. The owners do not stay in the upper portion of the house when there are guests. So the guests will have complete privacy!

There are 4 cameras on the property for security purposes. There are no cameras inside nor can the camera see inside.

There is a Public EV charging station in Shelter Cove. There are 4 Level 2 Tesla charging stations. Any electric vehicle with a J-1772 adapter can use this public charging station. Tesla vehicles do not require an adaptor. Located at 141 Wave Drive.

Please no smoking of any kind inside the house or there will be an additional charge.
