Rated one of "The Best in Sintra" by Time Out, this very comfortable 3-bedroom house by the sea that fits up to 6 people is located at the charming little town of Praia das Maçãs, and only 70 meters from the Atlantic Ocean or a 3-minute walk the beach.

Ideal for families, friends or couples who wish to enjoy the tranquility of a genuine Portuguese small beach town!.

The house has a terrace facing the seas and the Sintra mountains. The terrace is accessible from the living room, dining area and a kitchen. The main bedroom faces the sea and the sunset and has a king size bed. There is a twin bedroom that also faces the sea and another bedroom with a double bed and a small private terrace facing the mountains with the Pena Palace. The house has 1 bathroom plus 1 toilet.

There is also a garden area with a big trampoline, a barbecue, an outside oven and the washing machine.

There is no need for an AC as there is always a nice Atlantic Ocean breeze in the summer months but there is central heating and a fireplace in the living room ideal for the winter. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house is also a perfect place for working in silence and with a view. The wifi fiber internet is super-fast and totally reliable for all sorts of works.

There is free parking inside the property or just outside our front gate. You can also charge your electric vehicle for a small fee.

The entire house is totally private except for the garden area which is also the main entrance to the house.

If possible, we can allow for early check-ins or late check-outs and also, if needed, a luggage drop-off.
