This is a cozy, very well appointed, lower level self-contained, recently refurbished one bedroom Suite with its own private entrance and full bathroom. The Suite is a SMOKE FREE Zone.

Tastefully decorated with Caribbean and South American art and reading material. Two closets and vanity storage.

No effort has been spared to anticipate the needs of our Guests and ensure that they enjoy privacy and a very peaceful and comfortable stay.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. For the duration of your stay, you can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you at the time of booking.

Please note that booking on behalf of other persons and not being a staying Guest is not permitted by the Air BnB Terms of Service as it eliminates the Host's protection under said Terms of Service. Air BnB requires that the booking Guest MUST be a staying Guest or the Host's insurance coverage under Air Cover will be nullified.

Quiet time is from 11PM - 7AM

Our longer stay Guests may use the washing machine and dryer in the above residence at mutually convenient times. For Guests who are avid chefs, additional kitchen equipment may be available so feel free to ask.

For compulsive CIGARETTE smokers, there is a smoker's station at the end of the walkway at the side of the property. No vaping or weed smoking on the property. Absolutely, no sale, purchase or use of any drug is permitted on and in front of the property.

Access the deck is with prior approval. Note that the deck is NOT available from November 15 - May 1 during the winter months in New York.

With reference to the rating system by vacation rental platforms like Air BnB and its community, please be reminded that five stars neither means perfection nor does it mean that the Suite was like a five-star hotel. It means that you had a good stay, the Listing was as advertised and that you would recommend it to other Guests. Four stars means there was at least one issue brought to the attention of the host that was not addressed. Three stars is pretty bad. An average rating of 4.3 stars can result in a host being kicked off of the Air BnB platform. Less than 4.8 overall, means the I lose Superhost status which affects my bookings and my income.
