Has Daily Cleaning

FOR COVID-19: We take the safety of our guests very seriously and want to create an environment where all of our guests feel safe during this period. This property has a private swimming pool so it is perfect if you do not want to come in contact with other people.
You can also request not to have daily cleaning and any other service that would require contact with the staff.
Also, we have taken precautions for all of our guests. The property is cleaned thoroughly after the departure of each guest with the proper cleaning supplies to ensure the total safety of our guests.

Really beautiful space that has everything you will need for your getaway. The swimming pool is private and has amazing views of Ornos Beach. The location is super convenient as you can walk anywhere you want.
The property has direct access to the pool.
There is also daily cleaning without any extra charge.

I am always a message away and very happy to help with anything the guests may need. We offer free daily cleaning and pool cleaning, the staff will usually come by between 11:00-15:00 but if you want them to come at a different time, you need to request it to the host.

Environmental Fee (Climate Crisis Resilience Fee)

As of January 1, 2024, all accommodations in Greece are required to implement a new environmental fee defined as the Climate Crisis Resilience Fee. This fee was established under Article 30 of Law 5073/2023.
The fee is to be paid by guests staying in hotels, furnished rooms/apartments and short-term rentals. Accommodations are responsible for collecting this fee from guests and remitting it directly to the tax authorities.
The Climate Crisis Resilience Fee is charged per night and must be collected from guests upon check-in. The specific amount of the fee varies based on the hotel’s category and the period of the stay.

FOR RESERVATIONS made after January 1st of 2025, Airbnb is collecting the tax directly so no extra charge will be at check in.
FOR RESERVATIONS made before January 1st of 2025, the tax will be collected during the check-in.
