Welcome to our latest airbnb! A newly remodeled large master suite 1 bathroom unit. Situated on a beautiful quiet tree lined street 2 blocks to crown point/mission bay. It is self check in with a code. Enjoy your own private patio space attached to the unit or enjoy the shared conversation area in the courtyard.

This front house sits on a property w two back units so side walkways will have persons walking down them on occasion and therefore you may hear or see other persons.

Hop on the included beach cruisers to hit Garnet or walk a few blocks up to enjoy the world famous Rockys Bar or North Park Brewery and Pizza. Parking is on street but it is not timed and very safe.

Laundry is only accessible for guests staying over 7 days.

When it's time to rest, you'll find a beautifully appointed bedroom that offers a peaceful retreat. Enter your bedroom thru your sitting room where you can cozy up in our big comfy chair and read or find room to do your morning yoga. The bedroom boasts a comfy queen-sized bed, desk with light up make up mirror. The bedroom also features a large closet for all of your storage needs as well as a smart TV. The living room has a large TV with all your apps if you just want to cozy up on the couch. Throw some records on pour a glass of wine and cook a gourmet meal in the large well equipped kitchen. K-Cup machine for your morning coffee. Snacks, Water, Teas provided. Please note we do not allow pets or children/babies Washer and Dryer is located in the armoire in the sitting room use is restricted to guests staying over 7 days. We do allow smoking outside but due to the proximity of our neighbors we ask you to be respectful and quiet while out there. We do not allow Children or Infants.

Only 7 miles from San Diego Airport and 1.5 miles to Paradise Point and Catamaran hotel. Use the Circuit to ride for free to and from the new Trolly stop which takes you right into downtown and petco park!

Beach cruisers in the front courtyard are for use of guests. The sitting area in the front courtyard is a shared common space. Please be considerate of our neighbors it is a quiet neighborhood and only use between 9am and 9pm please.

Stays over 7 days will require a additional cleaning fee of $55 so total would be $110 this is only charged back 24 hours after check in and is a fee we are charged by our cleaning crew.

IF A BIKE IS DAMGED LOST OR STOLEN YOU WILL BE CHARGED BACK FOR REPAIRS WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS OR LOSSES OR LOSS OF KEY OR LOCK RIDER TAKES FULL RESPONSIBILITY.

All guests must be over the age of 18. If any one under the age of 18 is found to be in unit we will ask you to vacate no refunds and an extra charge of $200 will be charged back.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO ALLERGIES WE CANNOT ACCEPT ANY TYPE OF SERVICE OR EMOTIONAL SUPPORT ANIMALS. IF A ANIMAL IS FOUND UPON CHECK OUT YOU WILL BE CHARGED BACK $150

No parties extra guests loud music etc. If we find that more than 2 guests are staying in the unit you will be asked to leave immediately no refunds given and a charge back of $200 per night will be sent.

We have a cleaning crew at the property at 11am so if you are more than 10 min past that time you will be charged back $75 this is what we get charged back for them to come back.
