You have 100% private access to your 2BR / 2 Bath / 2 Balcony / Chef's Kitchen Upstairs Flat. Your host lives down stairs. We are friendly say hi as you may see us on the boat dock.

HOUSE RULES: No parties, No Smoking, max occupancy of 6 persons strictly enforced, parking for no more than 2 cars, no loud music or noise after 10:00PM. We live in a quiet neighborhood so please enjoy Tahoe while respecting our neighbors.
