Guest are renting the entire FULLY FURNISHED and stocked home and have complete access of the home and use of all contents inside home. We have beach equipment such as chairs l, umbrellas, boogie boards and much much more. You are 5 minutes from just about everything shopping Surf City!!!!!!!!!

The home is close proximity to Surf City night Life, shopping, grocery shopping and restaurants....


Hurricane season runs from June 1st -November 30 in NC with most activity in September and October. Trip interruption insurance (travel insurance) is highly recommended during these months. If the island evacuates, than we would certainly refund.
Our home is managed by our Son Daniel Blevins and Daughter Christine Blevins on our behalf. All bookings, questions and interactions are through them. The live locally on Topsail Island and are able to assist with any and all questions or concerns.
